There is no Keythentic account to delete

Keythentic doesn't have a server-side account system at all. We don't hold a copy of your vault, your master password, or any profile tied to you on our own servers. Your data exists in, at most, two places — both under your control:

On your device — your encrypted vault, stored locally by the app.
In your own Google Drive (only if you turned on backup) — an encrypted copy of that same vault file, in a private area of your Google account.

Because of this, "deleting your account" is really just removing these two things yourself. Here's exactly how.

How to delete everything

Uninstall the app. Uninstalling Keythentic from your Android device deletes its local app data, including your on-device encrypted vault. If you also made a local encrypted export file (e.g. saved to Downloads or shared to another app), that file is separate from the app itself and won't be removed by uninstalling — delete it manually from wherever you saved it if you want it gone too.
Remove your Google Drive backup, if you made one. Backup files are stored in Google's private "app data" storage area for Keythentic, which — by design — doesn't show up in your normal Google Drive file list, so there's no file to find and delete by browsing Drive directly. The reliable way to remove it is to revoke Keythentic's access to your Google account: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Keythentic, and remove its access. This disconnects the app from your Google account; Google's app data storage tied to that access is not something Keythentic (or anyone other than you, through your own Google account) can reach once access is removed.

That's the whole process. There's no support ticket to file and no waiting period, because there's no central account or database entry tied to you on our end to begin with — everything lives on your device and in your own Google account.

What about the contact form?

If you've previously submitted a message through our contact form, that message (your name, email, and message text) is stored in our database so we can respond to it. If you'd like that message deleted, let us know via the contact form and we'll remove it.
