How to reach us

Keythentic doesn't have a dedicated support email address set up yet — the form on this page is the best way to reach us right now, and we read and respond to every message.

Before writing in, a few common questions:

  • Forgot your master password? Because your vault is encrypted end-to-end, we genuinely cannot reset or recover it for you — see the Security page for why.
  • Want to delete your data? See the Data & Account Deletion page for exact steps — it doesn't require contacting us at all.
  • Curious how your data is handled? Check our Privacy Policy first — it may already answer your question.

For anything else — bugs, feature requests, general questions — use the form.
